Lose Weight on 'Big Breakfast' Diet

Summary:
Want to lose weight? Eat a big breakfast packed. What is big breakfast? It controls appetite for sugar and farina. It doesn’t limit people to eat fiber- and vitamin-rich fruit. Compared with the low carbohydrate diet, people have stronger desire to eat carbohydrate, and metabolism must be slow. The scientists did a test, they separate two groups, one is "big breakfast" diet, and the other one is low carbohydrate diet. After eight months, the result said that the big breakfast diet lost at least 21 percent of their body weight, and the low carbohydrate diet only lose 4.5 percent.

My Opinion:
I heard about eating "big breakfast" to lose weight before. I think it works. If we eat enough nutritional food in the morning, our brains will organize many things well. If we eat most calories we need for a day in the morning, we won't eat too much for our lunch even dinner. That's the reason can lose weight. Also eat more protein in the morning can improve our brains to memorize. Maybe there are many other approaches to lose weight, I believe have breakfast is the most important thing than others.

I think so. Actually, Having blackfast is important, and breakfast can control a weight of body. In my case, I want to have a moderate weight. Actually, I am so light, but when I was army, my weight was moderat, and I can keep it. At that time, I always ate a breakfast. If you want to have a moderate weight that you want, have a breakfast!!!!

I agree with you, I also have heard that a breakfast is very important for us before. Recently, there are many people who don't eat their breakfasts, and the number of such people is increasing. It's not good for themselves, which in turn is not good for the country. Because the country needs a lot of money to take care of unhealthy citizens. So, I think having a breakfast is not only for a personal problem but also a country's problem.

I agree with you because I had a experiece about that. When I tried to lose weight, I had big breakfast. It was very helpul for me to lose weight. I didn't have big appetite at afternoon and night and it didn't overstrain my body. So, I'd like to tell someone who want lose weigh have a breakfast. It's very good for your body!

I know many sudent skip breakfast to lose weight.
we need to tell them about it.

I agree with you! Actually, I always care about my weight, so I have eaten big breakfast since I was 19. In fact, it works! Also, if you eat breakfast and lunch rightly, you don't need to have a big dinner. Pepole tend to have it, for example, at the party and BBQ. Hoever, that makes you fatter and fatter. Anyway, I think having breakfast is not only for losing weight, but also makes you healthy.

I also think having breakfast is good for us not only to lose weight but also to start a day. If I skip a breakfast, my brain doesn't work well, so I've eaten a breakfast everyday since early childhood. However, in my case, I also have big lunch and dinner, so I need to reduce them a little to lose weight.

That is really truth! Body builder divided meal into about 6 times. It effect improve body metabolism. Then, you can lose fat easily. Actually it is hard to do, but should divided meal into at least 3 times. It is good for health.
